Position Summary
The Phlebotomist is responsible for providing professional and courteous service to all patients, visitors, and employees of our facility. The phlebotomist performs certain clinical tasks that he/she has been approved to perform through an educational or clinical check-off by a qualified member of the staff to include specimen collection and patient education. In addition to this, the phlebotomist is responsible for all clerical duties associated with maintaining a well-organized laboratory.

Minimum Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED or higher
- Must be able to communicate effectively
- Computer skills include basic data entry and word processing. Excel, PowerPoint, and Access experience desired
- Graduate of an accredited phlebotomy program with at least two years of experience
- ASCP or equivalent certification
- Two years secretarial experience in a medical facility
- 36 hours per week
- Monday - Thursday (8 am - 5 pm)
- Friday (8 am - 12 noon)
