Minimum Requirements
- High School or higher plus specialized training is required.
- 5 to 7 years of experience.
- Must have 2( ) years of related experience, of which one year must be as an Ophthalmic Photographer with experience in retina.
- Must have demonstrated knowledge and proficiency in diagnostic testing, including but not limited to: ultrasound, OCT, Godlmann and Hunphrey visual fields, A and B-scan, Corneal Topography, Corneal Pachymetry, and Heidelberg Retinal Topography.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Certified Ophthalmic Assistant (COA) from a Joint Commission for Allied Health Personnel (JCAHPO) approved institutional course preferred or working towards obtaining certification.
