Position Summary
Accountable for clinical oversight at the Specialty Pharmacy, including: oversight of the specialty pharmacy clinical team and the specialty pharmacy patient management program, advancing specialty pharmacy services in the organization, and fostering and promoting the relationship between the specialty pharmacy and other healthcare professionals. The successful candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with a passion for maintaining high-quality healthcare standards for our patient management program while leading and mentoring the clinical pharmacy staff within the specialty pharmacy. Position reports to Director, Specialty Pharmacy Operations for ECU Health.
Minimum Requirements
Doctor of Pharmacy is required.
Must be licensed as a pharmacist by the NC Board of Pharmacy prior to start date.
Managerial/Supervisory Experience Preferred.
Minimum of 5 years post-graduate clinical pharmacy experience required.
Residency training preferred.
American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification within 30 days of hire.
Pay Range
$129750.40 - $189114.64
