Responsibilities
- Receive, prepare, arrange and scan all incoming vendor invoices into ImageNow software system.
- Open and distribute incoming mail on a daily basis.
- Maintain purchasing card statements and scanning on the L drive.
- Sealing and mailing of all vendor checks.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High School or equivalent- or higher.
- At least one year of office or clerical setting.
$16.00 - $21.53

- Onsite role (based out of Greenville, NC)
- Monday - Friday day shift:
- 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
