Position Summary
The Recruitment Marketing Specialist works closely with the physician recruitment team to support both academic and clinical recruitment efforts across the ECU Health system.
This role crafts compelling job advertisements, plans and executes targeted email campaigns, develops print collateral, coordinates direct mail initiatives and more, driving visibility of our open opportunities and engaging passive candidates for critical roles.
Responsibilities
- Partner with recruiters to create compelling job postings, email campaigns, career content and marketing collateral.
- Post job advertisements to PracticeMatch and other platforms to increase visibility for open physician and advanced practice provider positions.
- Manage company presence on external job boards and career sites, ensuring accuracy and alignment with our employer brand.
- Implement targeted recruitment campaigns for high-priority or hard-to-fill positions.
- Lead planning and logistics for recruiting events (e.g., residency fairs, trade shows), including registration, collateral development and preparation of booth materials.
- Identify and implement improvements to site visit materials that shape candidate experience (e.g. welcome gifts, community information, etc.)
- Serve as a key collaborator with vendor partners to coordinate digital campaigns.
- Maintain knowledge of current and emerging recruitment tools, trends, and best practices.
- Analyze key recruitment marketing metrics to inform new and ongoing campaigns, programs, content and tactics.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or digital media.
- Two to four years of experience in health care sourcing, recruitment marketing, employer branding, physician recruitment, or related field.
Pay Range
$51,355.20 - $74,851.92

Salary : $51,355 - $74,852
