We are supporting an early-stage AI company hiring a Growth Associate to join its founding commercial team in New York.
This is a broad, hands-on role across sales, growth, marketing, and pipeline generation. You will work directly with the founders to help identify target accounts, run outbound campaigns, book meetings, support events and marketing activity, manage CRM workflows, and help shape the company’s early go-to-market approach.
This would suit someone early in their career who has already had exposure to sales, SDR, growth, marketing, customer success, or another commercial role, and now wants more ownership in a fast-moving startup environment.
What you’ll be doing
- Building and running targeted outbound campaigns
- Generating pipeline through email, calls, LinkedIn, referrals, and events
- Booking meetings with relevant decision-makers
- Supporting marketing activity, content distribution, and event follow-up
- Managing CRM activity, follow-ups, and prospect lists
- Testing messaging, buyer personas, and new routes to market
- Feeding market insight back to the founders and wider team
- Getting involved wherever needed to help generate conversations and drive growth
What we’re looking for
- 1 to 3 years’ experience in sales, SDR, growth, marketing, customer success, or another commercial role
- Some exposure to outbound, lead generation, campaigns, or pipeline building
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable working without a fully built playbook
- Interested in startups, AI, and building from an early stage
- Scrappy, low-ego, and happy to work across sales, marketing, growth, and operations
- Able to work in person in New York at least four days per week
Nice to have
- Experience in SaaS, AI,or B2B software
- Early-stage startup experience
- Strong academic background

Salary : $90,000 - $120,000
