- Utilize the ATS to post, close, or cancel positions
- Perform initial screening of applicants
- Assist with resume review and forward resumes to appropriate personnel
- Conduct reference checks and employee verifications
- Assist with offer letters drafts
- Coordinate the farm team interview process, including communicating with the candidate and hiring manager ensuring that both receive accurate and timely information
- Arrange travel and lodging for select applicants as required
- Post and update jobs on college career center websites
- Maintain company profile with select colleges
- Assist with tracking college students through the hiring process
- Assist with career fair event planning, including shipping of materials, maintaining inventory and ordering career fair supplies, and arranging for catering if necessary
- Organization of resumes received from events
- Assist with the internship and externship programs, including compiling and organizing data and communicating with candidates
- Assist with research projects
- Other duties as assigned
- High School diploma or GED
- 6 months - 2 years of experience
