- Assist with processing payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and invoicing
- Support new hire processes, job changes, and terminations
- Complete and file HR forms (e.g., employment verifications, I-9s)
- Assist with benefits processing and leave administration
- Enter vendor invoices and reconcile statements
- Support billing and collections efforts
- Help maintain office equipment and supply inventory
- Support general office administration and receptionist duties
- Attend meetings and participate in required trainings
- Other duties as assigned to support learning and office operations
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Associate degree or coursework in business, accounting, or human resources preferred.
- 1 year of ECS administrative experience. This role is designed for individuals looking to grow into an Office Administrator position and will include training across all key job functions.
