- Duties will include technical and administrative tasks related to inventory and account management.
- Assist in maintaining company's information technology accounts
- Mobile phone management
- Equipment Orders
- Facilitate the interaction between end users and higher-level support
- Office supplies purchasing
- Coordinating department events (Catering, Reservations, Team building exercises)
- Invoice Processing using Exflow and Dynamics
- Working with the Accounting Department on IT-related monthly closing tasks
- Maintain licenses and upgrade schedules
- Work together with other professionals to maintain standards and functionality
- Other duties as assigned
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum 1 year of experience working in an administrative role or IT.
- If driving for, or on behalf of, any ECS subsidiary, a valid driver's license is required
- Experience in inventory management and solid technical background
- Strong analytical abilities
- Experience in help desk or customer service support
- Strong practical experience of administrative duties
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities with close attention to detail
