What are the responsibilities and job description for the Code Compliance Professional (Part-time) position at ECS Group of Companies?
- Provide consulting services for the built environment, including performing pre-construction, during-construction and post-construction condition assessments, specialized testing, forensic investigations, among other facilities-related services
- Interact with senior staff members on various facilities-related projects
- Monitor project process for performance and budgetary conditions
- Client invoicing
- Management of budget proposals and invoices
- Preparation of reports and proposals
- Interface with clients with regard to both project specific issues and development
- Attend project site meetings and assist with the resolution to technical and administrative problems
- BS or MS from an ABET accredited college/university in Engineering, Architecture, Building Science, or related degree
- 0-2 years of related experience
- Professional Engineer (PE) or Registered Architect (RA) license would go a long way
