What are the responsibilities and job description for the Recruiting Internship - University Talent position at ECS Corporate Services, LLC?
As a Recruiting Intern, you are extremely innovative and creative in your thinking processes. You excited to play an important role on the recruiting team through supporting all efforts in attracting the best candidates for ECS. You are goal oriented and put your maximum effort forth until those goals are achieved. Responsibilities
Supporting recruiting team with hiring initiatives
Collaborating with recruiting team to research candidates using web-based applications
Organizing, updating, and tracking candidate data using Microsoft Excel
Posting and closing opportunities on external sites
Updating job post description content and formatting
Assisting with preparation for career fairs
Completing special projects as needed
Qualifications
Actively pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications or related field
Interest in the Recruiting or Human Resources field
Previous internship or customer service experience would go a long way
