Schedule & Compensation:

Thursday-Sunday

9am-5:30pm

Pay: $15/hr- biweekly

Responsibilities:

• Clean designated building areas inside and outside (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc.)
• Role would involve detailed office cleaning (mopping, vacuuming, emptying trash)
• Detailed cleaning of restrooms
• Detailed cleaning of employee break rooms (wiping tables, cleaning out appliances, cleaning countertops, restocking supplies, keeping janitorial cart and storage areas clean and organized).

• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to stay motivated to carry out all assigned cleaning tasks.
• Knowledge of cleaning equipment, chemicals and supplies.

• Professionalism while interacting with clients and team members.

• Proven work experience in relevant field(s).

Requirements:

• Prior cleaning experience in a commercial setting is preferred, but not required.
• Must be able to work the required schedule on a weekly basis (Sunday-Thursday)
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• Ability to stoop, bend, reach, and lift constantly.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds without assistance.
• Ability to safely and correctly use any cleaning supplies and/or cleaning equipment.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle to get to work.
