Job Summary:
We are in search of full-time cleaning technicians to provide daily cleaning services for our customers in the Central PA Region. We are seeking skilled candidates with industrial cleaning experience such as pressure washing and carpet cleaning.
Most on site cleaning involves: sweeping, dusting, reaching, mopping, vacuuming, windows, removing trash.
Our facilities contain bathrooms, offices, break rooms, event space, etc. Desirable candidates will have a strong work ethic, exceptional attention to detail and a willingness to do whatever it takes to serve the customer and their teammates.
Schedule/Compensation:
Monday-Friday Weekends as needed
7am-330pm
Pay: $16-$17/hr
Benefits: Eligible for full health benefits after 60 days of employment.
Job Duties:
- Indoor/outdoor cleaning
- Detailed cleaning of bathrooms, including re-stocking bathroom supplies.
- Must be able to walk, sit, stand, bend, climb stairs and lift up to 25lbs without physical limitations
- Ability to be actively on your feet for a majority of the shift.
- Flexible with adapting to changing situations and assigned tasks.
- Special projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Prior cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
- Must be coachable and willing to learn.
- Must have a reliable vehicle to commute to work.
- Must have a valid drivers license.
- Must be able to pass required clearances
