As our practice continues to grow, we're looking for a dependable, organized, and personable Administrative & Client Services Associate to become an important member of our team.
What You'll Do
- Greet clients and create a welcoming environment.
- Answer incoming calls professionally.
- Schedule and confirm appointments.
- Prepare meeting folders and materials.
- Process account paperwork and service requests.
- Maintain client records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System
- Follow up on pending paperwork.
- Assist with client communications and marketing projects.
- Maintain office organization and supplies.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Financial Advisor.
What We're Looking For
- Friendly, organized, dependable, and detail oriented.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office and learning new software.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
- Administrative experience preferred but not required.
Employment Requirements
- Successfully pass a comprehensive background check.
- Successfully complete fingerprinting as required by industry regulations.
- Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Demonstrate the highest level of honesty, integrity, and professionalism.
