Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in data entry, accounting software, and financial concepts.
Duties:
- Process customer billing accurately on or before deadlines as per requirements and according to company policy.
- Manage billing (AR/AP) processes with internal software.
- Manage the status of accounts, outstanding balances, and identify inconsistencies.
- Assists with high accuracy in the completion, and distribution of invoices.
- Issue and post bills, receipts and invoices.
- Utilize Netsuite as an accounting software.
- Assist with payroll management tasks
- Reconcile discrepancies in financial records
- Previous experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk or Accounts Receivable Clerk preferred
- Knowledge of basic financial concepts and principles
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Chargebacks and Fraud process
