Position Overview:
The Sales Executive will play a key role in driving enrollment for Medicare plans through direct sales, client education, and relationship management. This is an independent contractor (1099) role offering flexibility, autonomy, and the choice between a fixed weekly pay or a commission-based compensation plan.
Compensation Options
We offer two competitive pay structures to accommodate different working styles and performance levels:
- Option 1 – Fixed Weekly Pay: $1,000 – $1,200 per week (based on experience and performance metrics).
- Option 2 – Commission-Based: High-tier commission structure with uncapped earning potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Educate clients about Medicare options and guide them through the enrollment process.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals.
- Generate leads through calls, networking, and referrals.
- Maintain compliance with all CMS and company regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up support.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in sales, preferably within the healthcare, insurance, or Medicare sector.( Optional )
- Training will be provided for qualified candidates.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
