Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking a Digital Senior Account Executive who is ready to grow their career at the intersection of digital strategy, storytelling and civic impact.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on execution, is developing strong strategic instincts and wants to understand how digital communications shape public trust, influence behavior and drive real-world outcomes. You will work closely with account teams and under the guidance of senior digital leadership to support and execute digital programs for clients across Texas.
What You’ll Do
Support Account & Client Work
- Support day-to-day digital initiatives for assigned client accounts in collaboration with account teams
- Help translate client goals into clear digital tactics and recommendations
- Participate in client meetings, take notes and contribute insights as appropriate
- Flag risks, questions or performance issues early and escalate with clarity
Execute Digital Programs
- Execute digital campaigns across social media, paid media and programmatic advertising
- Support deployment of ECPR Texas digital tools, including NAVY (programmatic advertising) and VITALS (digital sentiment monitoring)
- Assist with media buying and paid social execution, including campaign setup, pacing, performance monitoring and budget tracking
- Develop, curate and publish digital content that aligns with brand voice and communication objectives
Measure Impact & Learn
- Monitor campaign performance and social analytics
- Contribute to clear, client-ready reporting and insights
- Use data to inform recommendations and continuous improvement
Collaborate & Maintain Standards
- Work closely with associates, creatives and strategists to meet timelines and quality standards
- Maintain organized documentation, trackers and internal workflows
- Uphold ECPR Texas’s commitment to accuracy, clarity and credibility in all digital work

What You’ll Bring
- A strong interest in digital communications, storytelling and public impact
- Approximately 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, communications or agency environments (agency experience preferred)
- Strong writing, editing and verbal communication skills, including familiarity with AP style
- Working knowledge of social media platforms and content best practices
- Exposure to paid social, media buying or digital advertising platforms
- Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools; experience with Brandwatch or similar platforms is a plus
- Basic graphic design skills and comfort using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
- Understanding of SEO and SEM fundamentals
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities
- Curiosity, professionalism and a willingness to learn
- A positive, collaborative attitude grounded in respect and accountability
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a related field
