Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with customers via phone and email.
• Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude while assisting customers with their needs.
• Coordinate and manage logistics to ensure an efficient route for our service technicians.
• Utilize strong organizational skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
• Excellent attendance record and punctuality.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations with composure.
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to change.
• Strong logistic and coordination skills.
• Good geographic understanding of the Dallas metroplex.
