The EcoWater Systems’ dealer business consists of over 200 independently owned and operated water treatment dealers in the USA, Canada and Mexico working under a dealer agreement with EcoWater Systems. This arrangement allows a dealer to become the exclusive provider of EcoWater branded water treatment products for their area. The dealer sells/installs/services a variety of water treatment products manufactured by EcoWater for residential and commercial customers. Most of these dealers are family run, multi-generational long tenured business and are considered water experts in their local markets.
The Inside Sales Manager collaborates with and supports the (RBDM) Regional Business Development Managers and VP of Sales – Dealer. In order to allow RBDMs to focus on high-level dealer expansions, adding new dealers and working through market issues, the successful Inside Sales Manager will manage EcoWater dealerships to drive sales of EcoWater products. Additionally, the Inside Sales Manager will own onboarding of new dealers, support North America sales initiatives and training. From driving sales, expanding our dealer base and managing the sales process, the Inside Sales Manager will work hand in hand with the RBDMs and VP of Sales to deliver on EcoWater North America’s sales goals. This position is full-time and has the ability to be remote or work out of our corporate office in Woodbury, MN.

- Drive sales in assigned territory.
- Support RBDM and Vice President of Sales with day-to-day operations.
- Lead development and implementation of growth strategies in the region.
- Identify market opportunities to expand and grow the EcoWater dealer network.
- Cultivate strong relationships and with existing Dealers in order to inspire a culture of top-line growth.
- Analyze performance metrics to deliver optimal business results and determine impactful drivers/levers.
- Develop and execute targeted sales business plan.
- Develop and execute training programs for new and existing dealers targeted to business opportunities.
- Analyze and understand competitors in order to differentiate and position EcoWater products/programs to drive sales initiatives.
- Time & territory management.
- Maintain knowledge of competitive suppliers & product lines.
- Establish and maintain customer relationships. Understand the customers’ business/sales model to influence key players.
- Communicate promotions to relevant customers and prospects.
- Maintain and update a working sales plan with strategies and tactics to achieve annual sales forecast.
- Develop proficient level of procedural and technical product knowledge in-order-to best support customers.
Qualifications, Skills, Competencies:

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
