Our salary ranges are determined by market data based on position and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum salaries for that position. Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work.Position Overview: EcoServices is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily maintenance operations, drive equipment reliability, and support a strong safety culture in a high-hazard, fast-paced chemical environment. This is a hands-on leadership role supporting production, maintenance craftsmen, storeroom personnel, and utility technicians across the site.What You Will Be Doing:Supervisors have total responsibility for the area under their jurisdiction including HSSE, Quality, Emergency Response, OJT training, and issuing routine permitsEnsure equipment reliability by following good maintenance practices in repairs, inspections, preventive and predictive maintenance and proper standards for new equipment installationAct as a liaison between maintenance and production ensuring schedules, lockout/tagout readiness, and conflict resolutionProvide daily supervision to maintenance craftsmen, storeroom operator(s) and utility techniciansManage the work order backlog and safety backlog itemsSupport and maintain maintenance management systems and work processesCoordinate work activities from the maintenance schedule and prioritize safety- or production-critical workProvide technical input and support to ensure safe and efficient work executionOversee storeroom operations including materials issues, parts inventory, and improvement of storeroom functionsOversee utility technicians and ensure completion of site inspections, audits and general tasksOptimize storeroom inventory and support consolidation of storage facilitiesEnsure department personnel are properly trained, equipped and compliant with PPE, procedures and HSE expectationsParticipate in incident investigations, corrective measures, and administrative duties including timecards, vacation scheduling and disciplineProvide off-hours supervision as required (on-call duty supervisor)Support engineering with job procedures, resource allocation and project workRequired Qualifications:Knowledge of Welding, Pipefitting and Millwright, with multiple certs a plusMinimum of 8 years experience in Refining, Petrochemical or Specialty Chemicals Mechanical MaintenanceWorking knowledge of Reliability Centered Maintenance and maintenance planning/schedulingExperience supervising maintenance craftsmen or technical personnelStrong understanding of EHS, PSM and contractor safety programsAbility to wear a full-face respiratorAbility to coordinate LOTO, work permits and safety backlog activitiesExperience with inventory, storeroom, or parts/material managementAbility to communicate hazards, expectations and safety requirements clearlyHigh school diploma or GED or equivalent experiencePreferred Qualifications • Minimum of 4 years personnel supervision experience • CMMS experience a plus
