In this role, officially titled Design Consultant (Sales Representative), you’ll be the trusted advisor homeowners turn to for one of their most important investments: upgrading their windows and doors. If you’re persuasive, confident, and motivated by results, this opportunity puts you in control of both your schedule and your earnings.
What You’ll Do
- Meet homeowners face-to-face, build rapport quickly, and guide them through product options
- Run structured, high-impact presentations that win trust and close deals
- Travel to appointments throughout our service area (leads provided — we strive to keep your calendar filled)
- Manage a flexible schedule: mornings, afternoons, evenings, or weekends depending on availability
- Follow a proven sales process that works when you bring energy and drive
What We’re Looking For
- Outgoing and engaging — you connect with people easily
- Confident and competitive — you love hitting goals and pushing for the close
- Process-driven enough to stick to a system that wins
- Adaptable and quick-moving — you don’t stall out when challenges pop up
- Prior sales experience is great, but not required if you’ve got the right energy and mindset
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
