EcoView Windows and Doors is seeking a dedicated and experienced Window & Door Installer to join our growing team. As a leading provider of high-quality windows and doors, we take pride in delivering exceptional products and installations to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Measure: Accurately measure and assess dimensions for windows, doors, rough openings, and trim to ensure precise installations and seamless fitment.
- Window & Door Installation: Safely and efficiently install a variety of window and door types, including single and double-hung windows, specialty windows, sliding doors, and patio doors, ensuring proper fit and alignment according to company standards.
- Shimming & Foaming: Shim and foam products to ensure a secure, level, and energy-efficient installation.
- Company Standards Compliance: Adhere to EcoView's strict installation guidelines and quality standards. As well as insurance.
- Site Preparation & Cleanup: Prepare job sites by removing existing windows or doors safely, and ensure the installation area is clean, organized, and protected from damage during the installation process. Properly dispose of all old materials.
- Customer Interaction: Maintain professionalism with customers throughout the installation process, from the initial setup to final walk-through, answering questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction with the finished product.
- Quality Assurance: Regularly check the installation for level, plumb, and square measurements. Ensure all weatherproofing and insulation techniques (including shimming and foaming) are done precisely to prevent any air or water infiltration.
- Safety Compliance: Use personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensure the safety of the worksite at all times.
- Collaboration with Team: Work alongside other installers, helpers, and supervisors to ensure jobs are completed in a timely and efficient manner. Communicate with supervisors promptly of any issues or pressing matters.
- Documentation & Reporting: Adhere to the company's standards for reporting all progress.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Experience: 2 years experience in residential window and door installation. Provide photos or references.
- Power tools
- General Liability Insurance
- Transportation: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel to job sites within Houston, TX and surrounding areas. An enclosed trailer is preferred. May use other modes of transportation of products to a job site as approved by your supervisor.
