What You’ll Do:
- Install solar mounting brackets, panels, and perform supervised electrical work
- Ensure top-tier craftsmanship and safety standards
- Engage with clients in a friendly, professional manner
We’re Looking for Someone Who:
- Finds energy in working long days on rooftops through all the weather the PNW has to offer
- Is calm, methodical, and enjoys working through a checklist
- Is easygoing, polite, and builds rapport in a team setting
- Communicates in a thoughtful, relaxed manner and is coachable
- Prefers to complete one task at a time with care and attention to detail while remaining proactive as to the next objective
- Enjoys being part of a supportive team and contributes steadily and reliably
- Appreciates and thrives in low-drama, high-integrity environments
- Is open to learning and committed to mastering the craft of solar installation
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Solar installation or trades experience
- NABCEP certification or relevant education
