Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including floors, restrooms, offices, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies
• Conduct floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, buffing, and polishing to maintain a pristine appearance
• Handle custodial duties like trash removal, dusting, window cleaning, and surface sanitization to uphold hygiene standards
• Assist with janitorial tasks in commercial or industrial settings, ensuring all areas meet cleanliness protocols
• Support facilities maintenance by reporting repairs needed or hazards identified during cleaning routines
• Use proper techniques for industrial cleaning and custodial services to ensure safety and efficiency
• Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and ensure equipment is properly stored and maintained

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of previous cleaning experience is required; additional training will be provided.
• Hands on experience with commercial cleaning machines a plus
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good physical stamina; ability to lift and move items as needed.
• Must have Driver’s License and Reliable transportation to commute to various job sites.
• Flexibility in scheduling; availability for shifts during weekdays with occasional weekends may be required. Evening shifts will be required based on client’s schedule.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) is desired.
