Job Description
You'll connect with the role if you enjoy...
taking ownership of our e-invoicing product and defining its roadmap, vision and strategy
researching and collecting requirements of international e-invoicing regulations and relaying these to our Legal team, Development team, Marketing team, Sales team and our Onboarding & Operations team
preparing research and written documentation for our Development team as well our Onboarding & Operations team
partnering with our Marketing team to design and launch campaigns designed to create a measurable pipeline with key enterprise buyers.
preparing pre-sales material to be used by the Sales and Marketing teams as well as joining customer calls
communicating strategy, tactics and progress to all stakeholders
Qualifications
To connect with ecosio it is important to have…
profound know-how of the e-invoicing domain and several years of experience in that field in a similar position
a deep understanding of the technical foundations of e-invoicing (XML, JSON, RESTFUL Services, Peppol, Digital Signatures, etc.) as well as all involved technologies and ability to assess the complexity of API specifications, format specifications, archiving specifications, signature specifications etc.
the necessary drive to immerse into new requirements regarding e-invoicing regulations, sometimes even provided in different languages than English
strong communication skills and enjoying to liaise with other e-invoicing stakeholders internally and externally - e.g. as part of our membership with EESPA, VER, OpenPeppol, etc. and at various conferences, such as the Exchange Summit and EESPA Annual General Meeting
excellent organisation and prioritisation skills for collaborating with all stakeholders
the willingness to take initiative and make a difference by taking ownership of all tasks concerning ecosio.invoicing
