The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for converting inbound leads and existing customers into pest control services through consultative, phone-based selling. The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for converting inbound leads and existing customers into pest control services through consultative, phone-based selling. This position is on-site and reports to our Chandler, AZ location.
Responsibilities:
- Sell pest control services on the phone to new and existing customers (no cold calling).
- Ensure a positive and high-quality customer experience through all interactions.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets by presenting tailored pest control solutions·
- Comfortable handling inbound sales calls and/or making outbound calls to existing customers to upsell services or to prospects who inquired via online channels.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1 years of inside sales experience preferred; candidates with customer service, sales, or customer retention experience will also be considered.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers, actively listen to their needs, and effectively present solutions.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve.

- Weekly Pay – get paid every Friday!
- This position offers an hourly base pay of $19.00 hour, plus commission, with most team members earning between $65,000 - $80,000 per year.
