What You'll Do

As a Licensed Asbestos Abatement Supervisor, you'll lead field crews while ensuring every project is completed safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with company policies and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.

Responsibilities include:

• Supervise asbestos abatement projects from start to finish.
• Lead, mentor, and develop asbestos abatement crews.
• Conduct daily jobsite safety meetings and promote a safety-first culture.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, state regulations, and company policies.
• Coordinate daily project activities with Project Managers, customers, and team members.
• Maintain project documentation, daily reports, and required regulatory paperwork.
• Monitor project quality, productivity, and work practices.
• Ensure proper setup and maintenance of containment areas, decontamination units, and work zones.
• Operate company equipment and maintain a clean, organized jobsite.
• Foster positive working relationships with customers, coworkers, subcontractors, and regulatory representatives.
• Participate in rotating on-call emergency response work, as needed.
• Represent PSC EHC Acquisition, LLC with professionalism on every jobsite.

Qualifications

Required

• Current Pennsylvania Asbestos Supervisor License
• Valid Driver's License with an acceptable driving record
• Previous experience supervising asbestos abatement crews
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to read and interpret project specifications and work plans
• Ability to wear respiratory protection and all required personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding work in varying weather conditions
• Ability to pass a criminal background check, FBI fingerprinting, and Child Abuse Clearances, as required for projects in schools and government facilities

Preferred

• OSHA 30 Certification
• HAZWOPER Certification is a plus
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Experience with lead abatement or other environmental remediation services

Travel

Projects are generally scheduled within approximately 90 minutes of our Exton office whenever possible and primarily serve Southeastern Pennsylvania, Delaware, New Jersey, and surrounding communities. Occasional travel outside the area may be required based on project needs.
