Position Summary
Leads technical design, modeling, and validation of energy and infrastructure projects ensuring
feasibility, innovation, and performance compliance. Collaborates across engineering, construction,
and project development teams to optimize design and achieve guaranteed savings.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and validate advanced energy models and technical designs.
• Lead technology selection and conceptual design for EaaS solutions.
• Coordinate with Project Developers and PMs on feasibility and constructability.
• Support financial modeling and M&V; assumptions with validated data.
• Prepare technical documentation and participate in client presentations.
Core Competencies
• Expert-level energy modeling and systems design.
• Understanding of M&V; protocols and performance contracting.
• Leadership in cross-functional solution delivery.
• Excellent client-facing and presentation skills.
Qualifications
• B.S. in Mechanical, Electrical, or Energy Engineering.
• PE or CEM preferred.
• 5–7 years of experience in energy project design or development.
Key Skills
• Strong leadership, technical accuracy, and collaboration.
• Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, eQUEST, and energy analysis tools.
Salary : $110,000 - $130,000
