About EcoSave
EcoSave Home Solutions is a fast-growing clean energy and HVAC contractor based in Massachusetts, specializing in heat pumps, mini-splits, solar installations, and electrical upgrades. We are Mass Save certified and committed to building a world-class technical team. We are actively recruiting qualified engineers from Mexico under the TN Visa (USMCA) program.
What you'll do
- Design, install, and commission HVAC systems including heat pumps and mini-splits in residential and commercial settings
- Perform load calculations, system design, and equipment selection
- Support solar installation projects alongside electrical teams
- Follow Mass Save program standards and maintain quality documentation
- Collaborate with field crews and participate in on-site inspections
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (4-year program)
- Experience in HVAC, heat pumps, or mini-split systems
- Valid Mexican passport (required for TN Visa eligibility)
- English proficiency (working level)
- Clean background record
- WES credential evaluation completed or willingness to obtain one (~$200)
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with solar PV systems
- Familiarity with U.S. energy codes or equivalent
- Immediate availability to start
Compensation & benefits
- Salary: $45,000–$55,000/year
- Company-provided shared housing in the North Chelmsford area
- All tools and equipment provided
- Paid training in EcoSave and Mass Save systems
- After 9-month review: health insurance, 401(k), salary increase
- TN Visa support — employer-provided offer letter; candidate pays $50 border fee
