What You'll Do:
- Lead the production of innovative upcycled rubber products.
- Master state-of-the-art mixing equipment.
- Ensure top-quality products through precise measurements.

What You Bring:
- High School Diploma / GED, or 2 years of relevant experience.
- Physical capability to handle materials (up to 55 lbs).
- Strong attention to detail and quality focus.
- Commitment to workplace safety.
- Team-player mindset.
- Forklift or skid steer experience is a plus!
Work Environment & Physical Demands:
This role operates in a high-heat, dusty, and noisy manufacturing setting. Must be comfortable working in an industrial environment. Expect prolonged standing, repetitive movements, and lifting up to 60 lbs. PPE provided.
