Shift: 1st shift
Schedule: Monday to Thursday / 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Pay Range: $23.00 to $28.00 per hour

Join our maintenance team and play a key role in keeping our operations running at their best. As a Maintenance Mechanic, you'll use your mechanical and electrical skills to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. What You'll Do:

Troubleshoot and repair production equipment and machinery

Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and improve performance

Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems

Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings

Install, maintain, and upgrade equipment as needed

Perform general facility maintenance and repairs

Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Work independently and as part of a maintenance team
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
-
3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or similar environment

Ability to read electrical schematics, blueprints, and diagrams

Experience working with AC/DC motor controls and electrical testing equipment

Valid driver's license and ability to operate commercial vehicles

Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Work Environment & Physical Demands:
This role operates in a high-heat, dusty, and noisy manufacturing setting. Must be comfortable working in an industrial environment. Expect prolonged standing, repetitive movements, and lifting up to 130 lbs. PPE provided.
