Salary Range: $129,570 to $165,202

What You'll Do
- Own and oversee all plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality, safety, and cost control
- Lead daily production activities such as stand‑up meetings, Gemba walks, and continuous improvement reviews
- Implement Lean Manufacturing principles to eliminate waste and improve efficiency
- Partner with supply chain and transportation teams to optimize material flow and delivery performance
- Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
- Manage site budgets covering labor, maintenance, capital expenditures, and cost improvements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
- 10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- 7 years of proven leadership experience managing teams and supervisors
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
- Ability to read, analyze, and manage financial statements, P&Ls, and budgets
- Proficiency with computer systems, including MS Office and MRP systems
- Able to travel up to 15% of the time
