What You'll Do
- Provide strategic leadership for all plant operations
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices
- Oversee safety, quality, delivery, cost, and inventory performance
- Manage P&L responsibility and achieve financial targets
- Lead and develop a high-performing team
- Partner with executive leadership to achieve company objectives
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- 5 years of manufacturing experience (rubber processing experience preferred)
- 7 years of progressive leadership experience
- Strong background in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement
- Experience with operational financials and P&L management
- Track record of driving safety and quality improvements
- Excellence in team building and employee development
- Ability to work in an industrial environment (heat, dust, noise)
- 10% travel requirement
