Location: 4932 I-30 West Frontage Road, Caddo Mills, TX 75135

Shift: 1st shift

Schedule: Monday to Friday / 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Pay Range: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour

Are you a hands-on problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We’re looking for a skilled Machine Operator to run and maintain our advanced production systems. If you enjoy working with machinery, ensuring product quality, and being part of a team that values safety and precision—this is the opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain multiple production line systems
• Check materials to ensure they’re ready for processing
• Inspect equipment, troubleshoot issues, and adjust settings using touch screen controls
• Track inventory, complete production documentation, and enter data accurately
• Keep your work area clean, safe, and organized
  
  

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Safety-conscious with strong attention to detail
• Mechanical aptitude and experience working with machinery
• Bilingual skills are a plus!
  
  

Work Environment & Physical Demands

This role operates in a high-heat, dusty, and noisy manufacturing setting. Must be comfortable working in an industrial environment. Expect prolonged standing, repetitive movements, and lifting 50-75 lbs. PPE provided.
