Shift: 1st shift
Schedule: Monday to Friday / 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Pay Range: $16.00 to $20.00 per hour (based on experience)

- Operate casting and molding equipment used in tire manufacturing
- Prepare molds, materials, and rubber compounds per specifications
- Inspect tires and components to ensure quality standards
- Perform basic machine adjustments and troubleshooting
- Follow safety procedures and production guidelines
- Maintain production records and report any issues
- Support team members to meet production targets
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 years of manufacturing experience
- Experience working with tires or rubber manufacturing processes
- 12 months of forklift and buck truck experience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects in tires
- Physical stamina for fast-paced work
