Responsibilities
- Perform LED lighting retrofits and electrical installations
- Install EV charging equipment
- Maintain and enforce strong safety standards
- Ensure projects are completed on schedule and meet quality expectations
- Troubleshoot electrical systems and lighting issues
- Work collaboratively with electricians and field teams
- Mentor and assist other electricians when needed
Minimum Requirements
- Active Michigan Journeyman Electrician License (or reciprocating license)
- Proven experience working as a licensed electrician
- Experience working on commercial projects and small to mid-size teams
- Strong understanding of National Electrical Code (NEC) and safety standards
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks in the field
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
