We are seeking an entry level Client Associate to join our dynamic team.
An ideal Client Associate role is an entry level or someone with less than 2 years of experience. You will work with the Client Executive to service and grow the book of business as a team.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent problem solving and time management skills
- Good customer service skills, including telephone and listening skills
- Excellent planning, organizational and prioritization skills
- Ability to work within a team and to foster teamwork
- Recommend proper coverage placement
- Comfortable using carrier applications to generate quotes or process changes
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Valid P&C license. For entry level, it must be obtained within 6 months of hire
