Key Responsibilities
- Desktop Engineering: Responsible for system imaging, application packaging, and automated deployment using Intune and PowerShell.
- VDI Management: Managing VMware Horizon Virtual Desktop Infrastructure.
- Support & Incident Management: Responding to IT requests, incident resolution within SLA times, and user account administration.
- System Maintenance: Creating and maintaining technical documentation and supporting system upgrades (e.g., OS upgrades).
- Infrastructure Support: Assisting with IT infrastructure tasks such as network switch configuration, access points, and server cabinet organization.
Desired Skills and Experience
