Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates
- Support onboarding processes by preparing new hire materials and ensuring completion of required documentation
- Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system with accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist with benefits administration tasks, including answering basic employee inquiries and processing changes
- Support payroll coordination by tracking timekeeping and ensuring data accuracy
- Help ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations
- Respond to routine employee questions regarding HR policies and procedures
- Provide administrative support for employee relations activities, including documentation
- Assist with performance management processes, including organizing review materials
- Coordinate training sessions and assist with employee development initiatives
- Prepare basic HR reports and assist with data tracking
- Support HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives as needed
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or currently pursuing)
- 0–2 years of HR or administrative experience
- Basic understanding of HR principles and practices
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Internship or entry-level experience in HR or administrative support
- Familiarity with HRIS systems
- Interest in pursuing HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
- Good interpersonal and teamwork abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment
