HVAC Installer
Location: Morgan County, Indiana
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional overtime, evenings, or weekends as needed

About the Position
We are looking for a dependable, skilled HVAC Installer to join our team serving homeowners and businesses throughout Central Indiana. The ideal candidate takes pride in quality workmanship, works safely and efficiently, and provides professional service from installation through job completion.
This position is responsible for installing heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, thermostats, and related equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Install residential and light-commercial HVAC systems according to manufacturer specifications and applicable codes.
- Install and connect furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers, thermostats, ductwork, refrigerant lines, drains, and electrical components.
- Perform equipment start-ups, testing, and system checks to ensure proper operation.
- Diagnose and correct installation-related issues.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Communicate professionally with customers and explain basic system operation.
- Complete installation paperwork and required documentation accurately.
- Follow company safety procedures and local, state, and industry requirements.
- Work effectively with installers, technicians, helpers, and office staff.
- Maintain company tools, vehicles, and equipment in good working condition.
Qualifications
- Previous HVAC installation experience preferred.
- Knowledge of residential heating and cooling systems.
- Ability to read and follow installation manuals, wiring diagrams, and equipment specifications.
- EPA 608 certification preferred; required for applicable refrigerant-handling duties.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
- Ability to lift and maneuver HVAC equipment and materials and work in attics, crawl spaces, basements, and other confined or physically demanding areas.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer-service skills.
- Dependable attendance and a professional attitude.
- Willingness to follow safety procedures and continue developing technical skills.
Entry-level candidates with HVAC training or related hands-on experience may also be considered.
