Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven leader to serve as the Manager of Partner Success. This role is crucial in ensuring the successful implementation and adoption of our College and Career Solutions across our partner network. The Manager will work closely with educational institutions, community organizations, and workforce partners to drive positive outcomes, foster strong relationships, and maximize the impact of our solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner Relationship Management:
● Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in partner organizations, including superintendents, district leaders, school administrators, and community partners.
● Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring their needs are met and concerns are addressed promptly.
● Conduct regular check-ins and strategy sessions with partners to align goals, track progress, and identify areas for improvement to drive impact.
Solution Implementation and Adoption:
● Lead the onboarding process for new partners, ensuring smooth integration of our solutions into their existing systems and workflows.
● Develop and execute comprehensive adoption strategies to maximize partner engagement and utilization of our platforms to drive learner success and ultimately economic mobility.
● Collaborate with the product team to gather partner feedback and translate it into actionable insights for product improvements.
Success Metrics and Reporting:
● Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to student impact, system transformation, and organizational efficacy, for partner success and solution effectiveness.
● Prepare and present regular reports to leadership on partnesuccess, challenges, and opportunities for growth.
Training and Support:
● Oversee the development and delivery of training programs for partners on our models, tools, and data insights.
● Ensure the creation and maintenance of comprehensive support materials, including user guides, FAQs, and best practice documents.
● Manage a responsive support system to address partner inquiries and technical issues.
Continuous Improvement:
● Implement a feedback loop to continuously gather insights from partners and internal teams to improve processes, solutions, and overall partner experience.
● Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in K12, higher education, workforce, education technology, and partner success management.
● Contribute to the development of strategies to scale partner success efforts as the organization grows.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred or equivalent experience.
● 5 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in partner success, account management, or similar roles, preferably in the education or nonprofit sector.
● Proven track record of building and maintaining successful long-term partnerships.
● Strong understanding of K-12 and higher education landscapes, as well as workforce development initiatives.
● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
● Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate partners to actionProject management experience with a focus on driving results.
● Passion for educational equity and improving student outcomes.
● Adaptability and comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
● Experience with CRM systems and data analytics tools preferred
