Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met.
• Restock amenities such as toiletries, towels, and linens to provide guests with a comfortable stay.
• Maintain floor care by sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors in guest rooms and common areas to uphold a pristine appearance.
• Handle janitorial tasks efficiently, including waste removal and deep cleaning of bathrooms and kitchens when necessary.
• Follow safety protocols during cleaning procedures and use cleaning equipment responsibly to prevent accidents.
• Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and guest satisfaction.
• Adhere to hospitality industry standards for cleanliness, customer service, and professionalism at all times.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or housekeeping within hotels or similar hospitality environments.
• Strong knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning methods.
• Familiarity with hotel operations and hospitality service standards.
• Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
