We are looking for a friendly, professional, and dependable Front Desk Agent to join our hotel team. If you enjoy helping people, providing excellent customer service, and working in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!
Employment: Full-Time / Part-Time
Schedule: Flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends & holidays
Responsibilities
- Welcome and check in/check out hotel guests
- Answer phones and assist guests with questions and requests
- Handle reservations, payments, and guest accounts
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Resolve guest concerns professionally and efficiently
- Maintain accurate front desk records
- Communicate with housekeeping and other hotel departments
- Keep office and lobby area Clean and tidy all the time.
- Help with laundry as needed.
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Professional, friendly, and positive attitude
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred
- Computer skills required; hotel system experience is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
