Job Description:
Lead Generators serve as in-store brand representatives for the Econo Air Costco Program. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for Costco members, responsible for creating a positive and professional impression of Econo Air. You will actively engage shoppers, educate them on our HVAC products and services, and identify potential customers by generating qualified leads.
As a key member of the sales team, successful candidates will demonstrate strong communication skills, a proactive approach to customer engagement, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively greet and engage Costco members near the Econo Air booth within retail locations
- Educate prospective customers on Econo Air products, services, and current promotions
- Identify customer needs and generate qualified leads by collecting accurate customer information
- Consistently meet or exceed lead generation goals (minimum of 1 qualified lead per 2 hours worked; higher targets during peak seasons)
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked booth at all times
- Communicate inventory or supply needs to management in a timely manner
- Demonstrate professionalism, punctuality, and attentiveness throughout each shift
- Accurately track time and submit leads in accordance with company procedures
Performance & Compensation:
Compensation includes an hourly base rate plus performance-based incentives and bonuses. Earnings are directly tied to individual lead generation performance. A detailed breakdown of pay structure, including current wage ranges and bonus opportunities, will be provided during the interview process.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills including listening, speaking, and using persuasive techniques effectively
- Experience in customer service, relationship building, or sales outreach
- Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks in a high-energy environment
- Basic familiarity with CRM tools and data entry systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable engaging with potential customers in-person
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
