Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Human Resources Generalist to join our organization. Duties
- Oversee talent acquisition processes, including recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new employees using HRIS platforms such as Paycom.
- Manage employee orientation programs and conduct regular employee evaluations to support performance management initiatives.
- Administer employee benefits programs and handle benefits administration tasks efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with employment & labor law, OSHA regulations, and workers' compensation policies.
- Support change management initiatives and assist in organizational design and workforce management strategies.
- Lead conflict management efforts and facilitate effective communication between employees and management.
- Maintain accurate HR data entry within HRIS systems such as Paycom, Paylocity or ADP.
- Develop and implement affirmative action plans, succession planning, and training & development programs.
- Manage employee relations by addressing grievances, conducting investigations, and fostering a positive work environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in human resources management with strong knowledge of employment & labor law, OSHA standards, and workers' compensation procedures.
- Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, talent management, performance management, and employee relations.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems such as Paycom, Paylocity, ADP, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage conflict effectively and facilitate organizational change.
- Strong project management skills with experience in organization design and strategic planning.
- Familiarity with payroll systems including Paycom, Paychex, Paylocity, or equivalent software solutions.
- Ability to handle data collection and data entry tasks accurately while maintaining confidentiality.
- Administrative experience supporting benefits administration, training & development programs, and compliance documentation.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field; professional HR certifications are preferred.
