We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant/Office Manager for our Century City (Los Angeles) location to support our growing firm’s day-to-day operations and ensure seamless business functions.
Job Overview
You will play a critical role in supporting the firm’s administrative, financial, and operational needs. You will work closely with senior leadership and other staff members to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and contribute to the firm’s overall success.
Key Responsibilities
- Office & Administrative Support: Oversee office management tasks, including supplies, vendor coordination, scheduling, and general office needs.
- Project Coordination: Assist consulting teams with tracking project timelines and preparing case binders.
- Financial Support: Manage invoices, expense reports, and liaise with accounting for budgeting and payments.
- HR & Recruiting Assistance: Support recruitment efforts, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Technology & Systems Management: Help maintain internal databases, software, and IT needs in collaboration with external providers.
- Event Planning: Coordinate office-wide meetings, staff events, and training sessions.
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in operations, administration, or project coordination, ideally in a consulting or professional services environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with project management tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
- Ability to handle sensitive matters and maintain confidentiality.
- This is an in-person role at an office 4-5 days a week, depending on needs
Salary : $70,000 - $85,000
