Position Overview
This is an in-office position focused on customer service, lead follow-up, and sales. The ideal candidate is energetic, personable, confident on the phone, and enjoys helping customers find the right solutions. If you have experience in sales, customer support, or e-commerce and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
• Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, text, and live chat
• Follow up with leads and assist customers throughout the buying process
• Provide product recommendations based on customer needs and goals
• Process orders, returns, warranty claims, and customer requests
• Maintain accurate customer records within CRM systems
• Build strong customer relationships and deliver exceptional service
• Assist with sales promotions and customer outreach campaigns
• Help achieve team sales and customer satisfaction goals
Requirements
• 2 years of customer service, inside sales, or sales experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong phone skills and confidence speaking with customers
• Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
• Comfortable using CRM systems, Shopify, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work on-site Monday through Friday
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in e-commerce, wellness, fitness, or health-related industries
• Familiarity with cold plunge, recovery, or wellness products is a plus

Monday – Friday
9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
30-minute lunch break
