What You'll Do
Revenue & Conversion Rate Optimization
- Own site-wide CRO strategy, leading a continuous program of A/B and multivariate testing across PDPs, category pages, cart, and checkout flows.
- Identify and eliminate friction points in the purchase funnel using heatmaps, session recordings, and funnel analytics tools (e.g. Hotjar, Contentsquare, or similar).
- Partner with internal teams to implement improvements that measurably lift conversion, AOV, and revenue per visitor.
- Build and maintain a prioritized testing roadmap, tracking hypotheses, results, and learnings over time.
- Optimize product pages for clarity, social proof, imagery, and copy, ensuring the online experience reflects the premium nature of the brand.
Digital Marketing & Channel Management
- Drive online revenue and engagement across all digital channels including paid search, paid social, email, and SMS.
- Manage paid and owned media campaigns with a sharp focus on ROAS, CAC, and LTV. -Collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling digital content that converts browsers into buyers.
AI-Powered Commerce
- Leverage AI tools to enhance personalization, including product recommendations, dynamic content, and predictive merchandising.
- Use AI-assisted analytics platforms to surface conversion insights faster and identify underperforming segments or funnel stages.
- Apply AI copywriting and creative testing tools to accelerate content iteration and on-site messaging optimization.
- Stay current on emerging AI applications in eCommerce. from visual search and chatbots to AI- driven email flows and demand forecasting.
Analytics & Performance
- Own the analytics stack, translating data from GA4, Shopify, and BI tools into actionable CRO and growth initiatives.
- Build and present regular performance reports covering conversion trends, campaign ROI, and customer behavior.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer segments and use those insights to tailor site experiences and marketing messages.
What You Bring
- 3β5 years in e-commerce, ideally in premium fashion or lifestyle brands.
- Demonstrated experience running structured CRO programs. You can speak fluently to test design, statistical significance, and iterating on results.
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing platforms (Optimizely, VWO, Convert, or similar).
- Proficiency with analytics tools: GA4, heatmap/session tools, and e-commerce dashboards.
- Experience with AI tools applied to eCommerce e.g. personalization engines, AI copywriting, predictive analytics, or automated campaign optimization.
- Strong command of paid digital channels and performance marketing fundamentals.
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to connect data to decisions.
- Passion for men's streetwear and luxury fashion, you understand the customer and the culture.
Salary : $90,000 - $120,000
