In this role, you will be the frontline ambassador for our brand, delivering exceptional service to customers across multiple channels. Your energetic approach and problem-solving skills will ensure that every customer interaction is positive, efficient, and memorable.
• As an **eCommerce Customer Support Specialist**, you will be the primary point of contact for online customers, assisting them throughout the purchasing process. This role focuses on providing excellent customer service through phone, chat, email, and text while helping customers place orders, answering product and order questions, assisting with financing applications, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience. You will also work to convert inquiries into completed sales by building trust and providing personalized recommendations.
