Our success is built on strong relationships, delivering meaningful value to every customer, and maintaining a commitment to quality that earns trust every day.About the RoleAs an Inside Sales Representative, you will drive revenue growth by promoting our Diagnostic Imaging products to new and existing customers in an assigned U.S. territory. You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert product knowledge, understanding their needs, and uncovering opportunities to expand product usage.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys relationship-building, and is excited about contributing to a growing, impactful company.Key ResponsibilitiesManage, prospect, and build relationships within an assigned territory to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.Generate new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and proactive outbound outreach (calls, emails, and digital engagement).Research accounts to identify key decision-makers and develop strategies for new business acquisition and account expansion.Promote and sell medical device consumables with short- and mid-length sales cycles.Develop and present quotes and proposals tailored to customer needs.Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide accurate monthly forecasts and progress updates.Represent Ecomed Solutions at regional and national conferences to strengthen market presence.Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless customer support.Participate in special projects as assigned by management.QualificationsBachelor’s degree required (experience in Diagnostic Imaging Centers may substitute).Recent graduates with a strong interest in medical device sales are encouraged to apply.Minimum of 1 year of sales experience preferred; inside sales or healthcare/medical device experience is a plus.Must be able to work onsite in Lindenhurst, IL, five days per week.Ability to travel up to 15% annually for meetings, training, and conferences.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; CRM experience preferred.Self-motivated, detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving and time management skills.Excellent oral and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach.Proven team player with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.Openness to future career growth, including potential advancement into outside field sales roles.Valid driver’s license and U.S. citizenship.Must pass a background check.What We OfferCompetitive base salary plus commission potentialComprehensive benefits package: medical, dental, life insurance, and a retirement savings plan with company contributionExtensive sales training and professional development opportunitiesCareer advancement potential in a fast-growing organizationSupportive team environment with mentorship and continuous learningEcomed Solutions is committed to building a diverse, high-performing team dedicated to improving patient outcomes and delivering exceptional service. Salary : $45,000 - $65,000
